How are your frames measured?
There are three measurements you need to consider when you are considering picture frames: front opening/viewable area, inside dimensions, and outside dimensions. Both the front opening/viewable area and outside dimensions can both be measured from the front of the frame. The outside dimensions are measured from the outer edges of the frame and the viewable area is measure from the very inside edges The dimensions of our frames are based on the inside measurements,
or measurements of the picture that goes in the frame. So, if you have an 8 X
10 picture, you will need an 8 X 10 frame. If you have a 16 X 20 photograph--you'll want to order a 16 X 20 frame. If you have matted your picture, your frame size will be the outside dimensions of the mat. And, if your picture is on a train going south at 40 mph--with a tail wind of 22 mph, while your frame is on a North-bound truck going 70 mph--and a head wind of 11 mph, there is very little likelihood of getting the measurements correct.
How long will it take to get my order?
Because we stock many items, the majority of barnwood frame orders ship out within 2-3 business days.
Painted and custom frames may take a little longer. From there, UPS ground
takes 2- 5 days depending on how far away from Utah you live. If you choose an
expedited shipping option (either UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air), we
generally ship out the very next day if at all possible.
During rush times such as the end of November, early December, add an additional week onto the expected delivery time to account for increased production and/or increased time in transit.
What is your return policy?
We want all of our customers to be happy with their All Barn Wood
picture frame purchases. Consequently, if you are not satisfied, let us know via email and we will work with you until you are--including authorizing your return if necessary. On custom sized frames, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee under certain circumstances. We also reserve the right to deny return requests for orders over 30 days old.
Do your frames include glass, backing, and picture hangers?
Yes & no. All stock frames up to and including the 11 X 14 size
include glass backing and a nailess sawtooth hanger. Any frames larger than
that do not include the glass. Simply put, glass that large just would not survive. They do, however, still include the cardboard backing and hanger. In addition, you can also choose plexiglas as an option on any of the larger frames that don't include glass. It looks as good as glass, but doesn't shatter.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes, just visit our Custom Calculator page to find out pricing and details of how to order custom sizes of barnwood picture frames.

Where are you located?
We manufacture our frames in our shop in Spanish Fork, UT at 1550 North 300 W in Spanish Fork, UT. The Rocky Mountains and rural
landscape provide a great backdrop for the creation of our barnwood frames.
Do you have any retail locations?
Not currently, we are in the process of expanding and will plan on putting in a showroom at our manufacturing facility If you would like to order online and pick it up in person, we can do that, though.
How deep is the rabbet on your frames?
It depends on the wood. Generally it varies from at least a 1/4" to
a 5/8" . If you have a particular requirement, let us know and we
will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How can I get samples of your frames?
Currently, the best way to get a sample of our frames is to order
some of them. We also offer corner samples to resellers.
What color(s) are your natural--unpainted frames?
The frames range from a dark brown to a really washed out gray.
Generally we try to give an assortment with every order, however it ultimately depends on our current stock.
What other colors do your barnwood frames come in?
We also have an assortment of painted colors. Please refer to our Painted Frame Color Guide to see your options.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are based on average frame weights and the UPS zone
of where the order is shipping to. When you submit your order, the shipping
will be calculated before the order is finalized so you can check the shipping
charge prior to authorizing payment.
The All BarnWood Picture Frames
Advantage
-
Incredible Pricing: The fact is that our list price
is lower than what some of our competitors are
asking for their frames. Plus, we give you, on average, a discount of 15% off of that.
-
Ready to Hang: all of our frames 11 X
14 or smaller include glass, backing and a sawtooth picture hanger. Frames 12
X 16 or larger include backing and hanger, but no glass. Most of the other
sites either do not include glass at all or charge you an arm and a leg for
it. The fact is, expense aside, most All Barnwood picture frames come ready to
hang--no need to go down to the local frame shop to buy an 8 X 10 piece of
glass.
-
Uncompromising quality: we are so
confident that you will love your barnwood picture frames that we stand behind
them 100%. We love what we do; we know you will too.
-
Great Selection: we offer a wide
variety of barnwood frames to choose from so that you don't have to search
around for the "right" barnwood frame--we already have it. And if you like the
look of barnwood but want a different color than grey or brown, we offer a
number of painted colors in the various barnwood frame styles. Plus we try to
offer a good selection of stock sizes wherever possible.
-
Custom Sizes: we want to make your
custom barnwood frames for you and do our best to accomodate your needs. Check
out our custom calculator and when you want to order, contact
sales@allbarnwood.com.
-
Beautiful Wood: the fact is that it
doesn't matter how good of a craftsman you are, when it comes to barn wood, it
is all about the wood. You can't just pick up any old piece of weathered wood
and make a beautiful picture frame. It takes a beautiful piece of wood and a
craftsman who knows how to best use that wood to create a beautiful barnwood
picture frame. Luckily, we have both. Utah, because of its harsh winters and
hot, dry summers, produces great looking barnwood, and we hire craftsmen on
their ability to see the beauty of barnwood in addition to their ability to work a
saw.
